Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking your treatments at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment.


If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance otherwise cancellation fees may apply*.
Please leave a phone message or send an email if you need to amend your booking outside of our opening hours.
*If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.


To allow transition time into your relaxing journey please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Late arrival could result in shortened treatment time, so as not to delay the following guest.




We advise men coming in for a facial treatment to shave priori to your treatment but please avoid shaving the day of your treatment.


Children under 12 may not enter the spa unless accompanied by an adult.


Please advise at time of booking if you have any specific health conditions, special conditions or disabilities so we can best accommodate your needs. We continually strive to make every visit to our spa relaxing and enjoyable experience.  Our staff will be pleased to offer every assistance should you have mobility difficulties or other special needs.

Please ensure your cell phone is switched to silent before you enter the spa to respect other guests’ relaxation time.
